The hotel was awesome, but it was the staff that made it the best hotel experience I’ve had!

Very well appointed rooms

Bed was a little hard, but that’s personal choice so others may love it. There really isn’t anything i didn’t like.

Great stay!

The room looks exactly as on pictures. It's pretty simple, but yet clean, neat ans spacious. Room has all the amenities needed for daily life. We loved the bed - huge and comfortable. Almost central location, everything is on walking distance, but there are couple of MRTs nearby too. Another huge plus: the hotel has several free office spaces for remote work. The availability is first come-first serve, but during our 3 week stay we never had issues getting them (both me and partner were working and needed 2 separate offices). We saved a lot of money on coworking spaces this way! But if that's not enough - your person room will have a nice chair and table too. Internet is grand, all my google calls which lasted for hours - were smooth Staff is friendly!

The only thing I didn't like (which might be my own personal issue with the item) is shower curtain. For hygiene purposes they need to be washed every 2 weeks, I doubt anyone bothers about it, would prefer glass door instead of curtain

Clean, good location,staff made stay enjoyable

Stayed for 7 days so having a washing machine in the room was really helpful Clothes are then dried by hanging them in the bathroom overnight with the dry air forced into the room simply by pressing a button on wall You need to provide clothes hangers yourself for drying (bought cheap ones at street market)clothes hangers in wardrobe con not be removed Enjoyed our stay as everything was provided as stated in hotel facilities on booking site Breakfast is for Monday-Fri only and menu changes each day Access to MRT via Bras Basah or Belconnen which is direct line to Changi Airport for under $2 AUD $14AUD via Grab Staff were very helpful and enjoy a laugh Be aware you need to bring/use a credit card NOT a debit card as their payment system will not accept/recognise a debit card Had a good view of the Singapore Flyer from the 9th floor

We were very impressed with our stay. Its was a lovely self contained studio apartment.

The location could not have been better. Perfectly located close to several MRT stations and bus stops that will get you to all the iconic attractions. The room was extremely quiet and self contained with a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed mattress was rather hard and lumpy with a noticeable division in the middle. The bathroom is a little outdated but completely functional.

Very Good

Location, staff were very nice. Nice big room size. We had washing machine but no way of really drying clothes, I simple wire clothes rack would have been good. Bed was a little firm but that's a personal preference. Overall was a fantastic place to stay close to lots of shops, good food and MRT circle plus blue lines.

Perfect for us on holidays for 12 days in Singapore

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, but that was no issue with 24 hour front desk concierge. Breakfast was great and unexpected. It is served Monday to Friday. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The location being an easy walk to 3 MRT stations was perfect for us being on holiday. The room was exceptionally clean which we appreciated. Having a washing machine was so helpful. The welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk, washing powder etc was appreciated also. There are plenty of shops close by including food and retail. There's also a delicious bakery in the building downstairs. Wi-fi was fast and reliable enabling me to work easily. Easy walk to the delightful Chijmes too which was great for an evening meal. It's a converted church which now offers everything from Michelin Star fine dining to casual eats. We have no hesitation in recommending travellers to stay here as everything was great.

Conveniently located 2 bedroomed apartment.

Great two bedroomed apartment, clean and well equipped. Convenient for Bras Basah station on the MRT but could have easily walked to the harbour and Orchard Road if we wanted. Breakfast was included with a choice of pastries supplied from the patisserie below the apartment and a selection of cereals as well. The staff were pleasant and very helpful in booking taxis for us when needed. We had an issue with the security deposit not being released back to our bank account but when I contacted Wilby about this it was swiftly and satisfactorily delt with.

Clean, well-located apartments

The location is EXCELLENT and the room size was good. The facilities are basic but work well. I'm particular about air conditioning and it worked well throughout except for 1 day when it didn't work overnight (I was too tired to complain and my room was cold enough) but when I woke up in the morning the air con was back on. Kitchen supplies are basic but they suffice. WiFi was good.

They have the laundry drying system in the bathroom where you hang clothes and turn on the air heating - it worked ok as I usually left clothes to dry overnight or when I was out for the day since it takes multiple hours to dry this way. I would have preferred a drying machine; it's not a deal breaker but it would be nice if Wilby mentions this drying detail on the website so people can be aware. The lifts are slow. Housekeeping does not clean deeply - e.g. hair left on floor, bath mat not replaced. It would also be nice if housekeeping washed the dishes but it was made clear during check in that they won't so I won't hold that against them. Do note that the concierge do not deliver food / parcels to your room - you need to collect them from the front desk every time. This was an inconvenience.

Great place to stay in central Singapore, especially on an extended business trip

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and facilities were super and the view fantastic. Due to Covid restrictions we had to collect breakfast every morning and take it back to our room (Carb heavy) and the meeting rooms/offices were closed. However, working in my room was lovely and there was even space to do online work outs as the apartments are spacious. Well equipped little kitchen, microwave and washing machine. The apartments are central and good for getting to meetings or discovering Singapore. The staff were very friendly and added to my general enjoyment of my stay. Recommended!!

Clean, quiet, convenient and wonderful staff.

Really clean and comfortable beds and pillows, the kitchen and washing machine were well set up and made it easy to be away from home. A quiet location and friendly helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable and organized. Great wifi and the gym was great too.

Slightly larger cups for tea but really that’s all we could think of to suggest!
